Couldn’t get the tv to work but apart from that everything perfect and coming back in a few days again

The staff were great & the pub. Good location for the tube and bars ect. The room was a little outdated and tired but would not stop me going back 😊

Convenient location for travel into London. Would have liked more variety of fruit and pastries with continental breakfast

The building is quite old and in need of modernisation - the windows in the room were the original sash type which tend to rattle - noticeable at night. Furniture and fittings were quite tired and worn. A couple of practical notes - the sink was extremely small and a challenge to even brush your teeth and get your head over the sink at the same time! A small hairdryer is provided but there is nowhere to plug it in where you can actually see yourself in a mirror! I would say not good value at £100 -£160 a night. On the plus side the room was nicely warm (it was a very cold night) bed reasonably comfortable and the evening bar staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very basis but perfect for an overnight stay. The pub below was beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly and happy to help out if necessary. Will definitely stay again when I'm in London.

Great location, nice area and good value for money. No lift and the parking situation is a bit strange but we would recommend this place to stay and would stay there again!

rooms are tired but overall a nice friendly place and the food in the pub was great. good beer choice to. friendly helpful staff

the staff were brilliantly hospitable, and while not the most luxurious of rooms, it was full of character and well worth it

Great entral location for food etc and get around. Would stay again

Great welcome from the staff and the property is very nice. Was very happy with the room. Location is very good, close to shopping centre. No issues from noise at the pub. I was lucky to get one of their parking spaces too which was safe and secure. Room had everything needed, very comfy bed.
