The hostess was friendly and helpful. The property was a 15 minute walk up hill on busy Italian streets. We had some issues with the shower, internet and the air con. However, for the most part they were resolved

This is a lovely B&B with 3 rooms. My room was large and had a beautiful balcony overlooking lemon trees and an ocean view. There is an excellent restaurant only a block away. The only downside is that it is a good distance from Centro and is all uphill if you walk back from town. The owner was wonderful at arranging the car services I needed and at a much better price than taxis.

Carmella is a great host, attentive to all your needs. The Lemon Factor is a beautiful property in a great location: close to centro, the port, grocery shopping, old town and restaurants.

Beautiful Lemon Grove location with a balcony looking out at Sorrento. Breakfast was basic. Walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. Helpful staff.

Get the room with the view, fabulous view, and a big terrace. Good breakfast room, and was an easy walk to downtown. I thought the walk back was going to be a little hard, but was easy. Very relaxing atmosphere, and nice and quiet at night. I would recommend as a place to stay. There was a parking lot within 25 metres.

This was such a lovely place, room, and experience. The view and room itself rivaled places my wife and I have spent triple the money on. Truly an exceptional visit

Property was lovely. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Enjoyed having a balcony and overlooking Sorrento.

Overall a great B&B concept, great breakfast, easy 10 minute walk to the Center, easily catch a cab back up, if you do not like air conditioning and you want to leave the window open the road below is noisy! But you get used to it we spent 4 nights.
