Front desk staff were helpful but the room service staff very unprofessional with knocking on the door entered inside the room. The hotel should provide some door display card notification

很好 The owner has some great staff working there. He or she are very lucky to have such a great team that were so happy to help and the atmosphere with the running water and lights made it very special and a relaxing place to be for travellers🌸

Room was clean staff were very good. Restaurant poor quality I would find somewhere else to eat. I wanted to do a late checkout but you pay $F20per hour. And after 4.00pm you pay full room rate. The manager Shreen needs to get out from behind her computer screen and talk to customers.
