The fridge was to close to the bed. Noisey at night. Also the plug to the kettle was too short. When the kettle was lifted up the base would fall to the ground. They also need to get their phone lines sorted, because you can't get through to them at all.

.

The hotel is fantastic but would benefit from some TLC as all old buildings do. Forgot to put milk in the room for a morning cuppa and no shower gel but a great place and we will visit again.

Great little find in Llandudno! Rooms are lovely, staff were fantastic! Breakfast was so nice!

Room was amazing, super king size bed, coffee, hot chocolate and tea available, but no milk, breakfast was superb, you get to choose when you arrive, staff where brilliant throughout our stay, so close to all the amenities, shops , restaurants and the pier, would recommend snooze to everyone, we will be back .

Had a lovely stay, room was clean-and comfy, lovely and quiet. Lovely restaurant, Brian was a great host. Close to the sea and shops, parking was easy.

Our stay was amazing, The food, the room, the atmosphere, and staff were all 10 out of 10.

Everything was spot on . The hosts and staff were very friendly and they all went out of their way to make our stay a good one Dining at Snooze is to be recommended and breakfast was excellent, all fresh produce.

Good Location. Excellent Staff. No where to put toiletries in bathroom.
