I booked this hotel for my husband. He loved everything about the place, and was so happy that the room was spacious enough for tai chi!

This place was incredible. It was essentially a one bedroom apartment with a small kitchen a full living room and dining room. Location is incredible for Mayfair and Hyde Park. The only criticism I had was that I had a room at the front of the property. It faced onto a popular cut through road so you could hear the traffic outside until around 1am. But it was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The check in was a self check in which was super easy with the timely communication from the property. I will stay here again!

Huge appt. Did smell a little of smoke when we first went in but think it was maybe where someone had smoked on the balcony. Didn’t notice thereafter. Check in was polite and friendly. Apartment is huge and very well equipped. Stayed with our two dogs and they were very well catered for with bed, bowls, poo bags and treats. Kitchen is fully equipped for a great stay and the apartment is in an enviable location. Lovely walk around Hyde park to serpentine cafe for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay, Would stay again

Excellent hosts and a wonderful Club apartment for our thirteen-night stay at Hertford Street. The decor, set up and amenities made us feel like it was a home away from home. It was so helpful to have the washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, etc. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend these apartments. The location is close to the parks, good restaurants, the Metro and shopping. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to London.

Spacious, well-appointed, serviced apartment, tucked away from street noise in Mayfair, a posh neighborhood in Central London. Easy walk to Green Park tube stop, many bus lines, embassies, etc. Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, bath, and a large living room, Al for less than the cost of a one bedroom suite at a nice central London hotel. We’d recommend and will return.

Well equipped apartment. Great location behind the Dorchester Hotel. Very friendly/helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again. Also have parking (which can be pre-booked).

We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3. We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek. The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year.

5 star super apartment and staff

Absolutely loved this apartment hotel. Felt like a home away from home. There was nothing better than having a fully supplied kitchen, a dishwasher, and a place to wash our dirty clothes. We got groceries, cooked breakfast, and enjoyed the ample supply of provided teas in the morning at the breakfast table. Rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice, and allowed us to sit in the lobby while we waited for our room to be available, a god send, being our overseas flight got us into England in the early morning and we were exhausted. Location was within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy, hairdressers, convenience stores and a short walk to bus stops with a slightly longer walk to the underground station. Just a short walk to the park as well, a much needed break from the hussle and bustle of London. There are many pubs nearby which in the evening become lively and busy with suited businesses men and women on the sidewalk having beers and a smoke. Those wanting a very quiet environment might be a bit bothered but the pubs quiet down before 10pm and it's peaceful and quiet the rest of the day. 10/10 experience and would definitely stay here again.
