Rooms are nice, but you can hear people talking in other rooms just like they are sitting next to you.

The front desk man G was amazing.. he pointed out where to go and even called to help make reservations at a spa for us. Also the lady that checked us in was also amazing. Customer service A1. The hotel was very modern... clean... neat and i would come back.

Hotel is too far from city centre in the middle of nowhere with just one restaurant. Captive audience. Taxi ride to city costs over 20 euro.

The review is in fact for Mövenpick Zagreb as Pullman Zagreb is unable to fulfill the booking citing delay in opening as the reason. And so they offer me Mövenpick as the alternative. Was offered the junior suite. Good room size but there was no view (just construction when you look out of your window). Room was ok but would prefer option to have brighter lighting.
You need to keep pressing on the button of the hair dryer for it to work and the button is quite hard and thus making it difficult especially for ladies with long hair. Your hand get tired with having to keep pressing on the button. Time to upgrade the hair dryer definitely
