Excellent check process, responsive virtual front desk, clean, most of all super convenient - light rail across the road, Optimist Hall (restaurants/take out/coffee) just up the road. Kitchen fully equipped, modern appliances. Hard to go back to a hotel after staying 3 days here - other than needing to do a small grocery shop to stock up if needed.

Great place. I was in a two bedroom two bath and it was exceptionally spacious. Washer and dryer available along with dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent. Silverware, glasses and cooking utensils. People have complained about paying for parking but your vehicle is in a garage out of the sun and its 10 dollars a day. The gym has enough equipment for a full body workout. The pool area is beautiful. My only gripe is the grills were not suitable for use. If you plan on cooking bring some pots and pans but even that wasn't enough to take stars away. We definitely plan on going back next time we visit Charlotte.

Loved this apartment!

The apartment is nice. The pool is more for wading than swimming. The check in and out are a little difficult. You must park then go in and then come back out and remark on the way in. You have to use a parking pass in your car but before you check out you have to put it back or they will charge you. So on your last day you have some time where your car is parked but doesn’t have the pass in it. It’s annoying. It would be great if there was a drop box for the pass in the parking ramp or as you drive out.

I unit was nice well maintained.

Great location, quiet, comfortable, and superb amenities. Many places to do nearby and light rail stop is just across the street.

There needs to be clear instruction on how to enter the building. It was too difficult to find the door for the cold. In fact, we never found the door with the kiosk to use the entry code.

The room is very large and comfortable. It's in a great area, close to restaurants. It was a bit complicated to check in because of all of the pictures and ID they requested. It was also difficult to reach them directly. Although, when we did, they gave the information we needed. One other suggestion is that they have a coffee machine.

Great room. Initial access was a little tricky.
