Position was very good , excellent staff

Such a fabulous stay, we were upgraded to connecting rooms. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Quynh is so amazing she helped us so much with our stay and even after we left the hotel she helped us so much. Overall all the staff are so kind and helpful I would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and the rooftop pool / gym / bar area was great.

My son stayed there and said that it had impeccable service. The people were super nice, the hotel was very clean and it was in a really good location to walk around parts of Ho Chi Minh City.

Hotel is very nice, in a central location. Breakfast has tons of options every morning. Staff was very helpful and offered to make a ginger tea for my sick friend with food poisoning. The only thing to critique would be the air conditioning unable to adjust the temperature, it was fine at night but may be hot when you get back to the room after a humid day out.

Hotel staff at reception, breakfast, and cleaning are excellent, very friendly and super attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and had good amenities. The location is excellent, right in the centre and walking distance of everything.

Staffs: very friendly and helpful Location: very walkable to everything. If you’re looking for a place that close to Ben Thanh market, this’s the one.

Staff members very helpful. Clean hotel, would recommend

Room is super clean, breakfast has lots of options, pool is nice, gym is better than other places that we’ve been in the area. Above all is the hotel’s staff, they went above and beyond just to make sure we have a pleasant stay.
