L'appartement une pièce était spacieuse pour 3 personnes. Les lits confortables. On entendait un peu le bruit extérieur, mais nous avons bien dormi quand même. Nous avons utilisé la vaiselle, mais nous ne l'avons pas lavé. Il n'y avait pas de linge pour la sécher.

Very efficient system We didn’t see anyway staff

Le studio était parfait. C'était soir de match pour la coupe du monde de soccer, un vendredi. Évidemment, l'emplacement est au coeur d'un quartier de vie nocturne mais avec l'air climatisée et la fatigue, cela n'a pas dérangé. Je souhaitais m'imprégner de cette énergie. Le petit resto adjacent à l'hotel est un plus, le choix, les prix, l'accueil et le léger éloignement du bruit est parfait. J'ai été bien accueillie par le personnel. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour les déplacements en transport en commun. C'est parfait pour bus, métro et aéroport. 10/10

Very nice place, close to everything.

This is the best apartment I've ever stayed in! Every detail has been thought of. Exceptional facilities and communication from the staff. The attached ice cream parlour and Italian restaurant are also recommended and I wouldn't be surprised if they were owned by the same company. We were even able to store the suitcases under the bed out of the way!

This was a very ideal, inexpensive, CLEAN, convenient, unique, and comfortable place right in Old Town. It’s accessible via a 2min walk to the nearest dropoff-pickup location. You’ll just have to deal with the noise late at night which you’ll filter out if you’re tired enough. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to anything we needed. If & when we revisit Bucharești, Old Town Snail will be our top target for staying!

The apartments ( we stayed in apartment Snail2) were very modern had everything you could need!. Had a great nights sleep, bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, even had the snail design logo on the pillow cases. Very much enjoyed watching the snails on the walls from the sofa bed especially at night when they were lit up. In reception they had water and paper cups provided which was much welcomed in the Bucharest heat. Centrally located in the old town but situated back from the main strip but 60 seconds walk and you’re there. Highly recommend would stay again when visiting Bucharest. Molton Brown toiletries were a nice touch as was the bath robes (available on request).
