Good hotel and close to haram, staff are helpful but the bus times going and coming back to haram are not suitable at all and not on main prayer times. Which means you need to go and come back by taxis or walking

No Customer Service, Very Suffocating Room, No Ventilation. The toilet was wet and Smelly.
Raised the issue with both Hotel Management and Wotif customer service. Nobody provided any responses.
