Belle chambre, confortable

Brilliant place. A bit out of the way and quote an uphill walk but the quiet setting, plenty of space and the traditional dining room within the accomodation was well worth it.

Gorgeous room, but not a tattoo friendly onsen. Luckily the tub was big and deep. Not a lot of restaurants or shops around but its a good location away from the crowds and easy access to the ropeways.

Clean room with all amenities and great spas.

Great hotel and clean. Very nice onsen and massage chair. I would definitely return! The walk from the tramway is 6 minutes along flat, but otherwise the walk up from the station is worth taking a taxi as it is quite steep.

Rooms were excellent, clean and very roomy. Onsen was great and well maintained. Only complaint is there is only one restaurant within walking distance. Everything is far and hilly, without a car this can be very inconvenient. The day we were there, it was raining and we could not even get a cab. Had to to walk 10 min to a bus stop and wait in the rain. Other than tat i highly recommend the hotel.

This is a beautiful condo. There was everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The onsen was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend

Very remote property with no convenient transportation options. You’re good if you have your own car or have one prearranged.

Great service and excellent rooms with lots of space

The hotel was a bit of a trek with luggage, my advice is to download the GO TaXi app which we used several times in the evening when the steep climb was too much. The morning of check out there was obviously too many people using the app so we had to walk to the ropeway which was around 10 mins downhill. The onsen was lovely and we all really enjoyed it. The room/ apartment was massive and although a bit dated had plenty of room.
