The room was very clean, it has everything you need was provided communication is good.

The place is as described on the website. The space is big enough for the three of us. Room is clean. Location is good and is walkable to stores and MOA . Highly recommended.

Great place to spend the night and great amenities

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Located near by the Clark international airport and even closer to SM mall. Highly recommended to everyone especially to the airport passengers that scheduled to fly the next morning.

Too many roaches in the room constantly even after I cleaned it, facility is aware of the roach problem and put it in the rules for staying saying to keep window, patio door, and room door closed to help with this, the picture online is not what you get not even close. This was just a room not a honeymoon suite. It’s not acceptable to have to pay for the room deal with an infestation of roaches and also be expected to pay extra to use the swimming pool. Come on that should be included in the cost of the room. I received a text saying there was no front desk but when I arrived I had to check in to the front desk for clearance to get into my room. What’s the point of sending that message and that’s not what happens upon arrival. Even though I had the code to get into the room. Just not a good experience at all. I do not recommend this place for a first experience in the Philippines. The best thing about this place was the doorman and leaving early when checking out. My advice stay away from this residence even in an emergency don’t stay here you will not be comfortable. Oh the cookware is a joke also only have a sauce pan and a frying pan that sticks no matter what amount of butter or oil you used. The utensils for cooking were very limited also. Just on your own so again don’t come here find a good more modern building to use for your first stay in the Philippines that’s my advice to anyone considering this place.

The location is great. The apartment is nice. I did not like that the Apartment was not secure due to the balcony door would not lock. In fact, the door was never able to lock. I could not leave my belongings when I went out. After 3 days the maintenance finally came back to repair the door. I had to show and tell him how to repair it. The faucets in the toilet and kitchen were very loose and wobbles. Mainten repaired them on the 3 day of my stay.

VERY clean room. Had a great stay. Kitchen & Comfort room and even the bathroom are exceptional. Design of the room is what my liking (color pink). They provided toiletries and even guest kit and slippers. Their towels, bedsheet and blankets are vert clean and sanitized. A quite and placeful place, perfect for couple who wants to rest. They also had laundry machine that works very fine.

Stayed for one night in between flights. Security/check in personal were good. Close to mall of Asia to waste time. Pull out couch is nothing special but room was clean and AC worked. Host was quick to respond to questions.
