Excellent hotel and staff. Great location. The room are very clean, comfortable and updated. We added another night given how comfortable and clean the room was. The hotel buffet is worth adding on.

As described.

The views were amazing. The restaurant was great. The only complaint was getting there from the Lake Como side is very small road and mostly single lane and very tight turns.

Clean rooms. But meh service. Mostly, Tasch closes too early and the view is dominated by the parking structure. Once we left Zermatt, our next lodging stop should have been in Visp.

One of the best hotels during our trip to Switzerland. The hotel is beautiful and new. It is located near the train station. The only difficulty was that the rooms do not have air conditioning. At least, we were able to borrow fans.

We had a great stay in the hotel. The facilities are very good, the room was very spacious, and even had a kitchenette, with cooker, dishwasher etc. Parking was in an underground car park, and with the hotel discount was very good value. The train station to Zermatt is just a short walk away. In all very much recommended!

This hotel was AMAZING! The staff were very friendly and responsive. Their breakfast was plentiful and delightful. They even offered mimosas! A free complimentary glass of wine at your first dining with them was also much appreciated. We had to leave very early in the morning, and the receptionist immediately saw to it that we were provided with take away lunches since we would miss out on their wonderful breakfasts! Totally unexpected and definitely a cut above the rest! I can't recommend this enough! Supurb!!! :)

Room was spacious enough and looks stylish with its wooden touches. Got a bit noisy though as the window wasn't sound proof and there were external noises. The location suits those who prefers the quieter town of Tasch as opposed to Zermatt, though be mindful and take into account the shuttle that takes 12 minutes running every 20 minutes as majority of the activities will be at Zermatt (there's nothing to do at Tasch).

Underground parking is available, short walk to train station for shuttles to Zermatt.
