The family room didn’t work for our family of 5, minimal natural light in the room but the rooms were immaculate, facilities were amazing and the staff were welcoming.

Below average experience, staff didn’t care much as they were busy, pool was nice but not enough seats, breakfast was nice too but staff weren’t very kind.
We had to ask front desk 5 times if we could have our room cleaned, waited over 6 hours for a below average clean, needed our towels replaced and almost had to beg for toilet paper, when the room was finally cleaned, it wasn’t worth the wait and constant asking. The staff apologised promised things and never delivered. Was honestly excited to leave
