devo purtroppo lasciare una recensione negativa per la TOTALE MANCANZA DI PULIZIA della struttura. Nel nostro alloggio sotto il letto c'erano cumuli di polvere in ogni angolo. L'armadio era tutto macchiato e non ci siamo azzardati a riporre nulla.. la zona invece è molto buona vicino a tutti gli autobus ed al centro.

No amenities except a coffee maker. Room was a good size but smelled of smoke, on top of other guests smoking in their rooms while we were in the hotel. Very unpleasant. The shared bathroom was clean enough but not expected so a disappointment. At least there is an elevator, since it's 6 floors up!

Located in modern building, 6th floor. Surrounding area is perfectly fine/safe but not picturesque. Shared bathrooms (2 for 5 rooms). Room clean, bathroom clean (entirely depends on who's been using it before you - I just had some remaining foam in sink and shower). My room was very spacious, decoration could be spruced up in places but overall good; noise from street clearly audible at night - take earplugs if you're sensitive. Overall, the only draw-back is the lack of ensuite bathroom (reflected in the lower price). Also, the check-in left a bit to be desired as my phone didn't work - an email with the details beforehand would have been an easy solution.

Good location. Room smells like smoke. The people around are noisy. The shower doesnt drain well. And its too hot in the room.

I enjoyed my freedom there. The accommodation is located in very close distance to the Bologna Central Station and shopping amenities. The price for 4 nights were so good , great view from the Balcony , comfortable bed and very clean as well. It was slightly noisy if somebody stays at next door, There was a big stain on a chair and drain wasn’t so good from the shared shower. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying the place.

Great location! Has everything you need. Loved the kitchenette & balcony. Comfortable bed and the host made everything really easy. Good communication.

Everything was perfect. The owner was super helpful and very friendly. Room was comfortable and perfect!

The cheapest place in the old town. Feels like a hostel, especially with shared bathrooms. If you need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, this is it.
