Staff are all accommodating. The room is clean and the AC is also good. A lot of shops nearby. The breakfast buffet is OK and you can order ala carte menu for free. The downside: Outside floor of the restaurant is dirty. Upon reaching the 8th floor and upon reaching the restaurant door, you can see right away that the floor is dirty.

The staff were very nice and lovely. It was located in a very handy spot and the value of money was excellent. Would 100% recommend Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We were charged 20USD for airport shuttle, even though it’s posted on the front desk that airport shuttle should cost 18USD. A 4% credit card surcharge also applies to any transactions you make with the hotel. I would recommend that travellers bring Vietnamese Dong if they come here. Staff are a little overbearing in asking about our travel plans and stay at the hotel. Our air conditioning unit was leaking, and the first day they told us they would have somebody come fix it the next day. It was not fixed the next day and they had seemed to forget about it until reminded about it again.

The staff were excellent. Always helpful and suggesting the best for us. Very conveniently located and easy walk to Train Street and lake. Rooms are ok - nothing too fancy but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome - great selection and freshly made pancakes and omelet as you order, at no additional charge. 5 stars

We didn’t like the bathroom, it was really smelly and old.

The hotel staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Everyone was very friendly, professional and always willing to help with a smile. Special mention to Link. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our experience truly enjoyable. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from check in to check out. We highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi.

We had a great experience at this hotel! We had first booked another hotel but didn’t love it and found this one at a great price with breakfast included. It was a great choice! From the moment we stepped in, we felt very welcomed by Sofia. We got a welcome drink and snack. Then she personally showed us the room and gave us a sheet with great information about the city. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 and it had a lot of counter space to put our stuff. It also included glass bottles of water that were refilled every day as well as coffee and tea. It’s nicely decorated. The breakfast had a nice spread of warm items, fresh fruit, bread, yogurt and also included a la carte items like banh mi, pho, eggs etc. The staff was always willing to help. Link in concierge was very attentive both in person and in whatsapp. She provided useful tour information, helped us book a walking tour, and always followed up. On the day of our early departure, they even had breakfast boxes ready for us to take. So very thoughtful! It really felt like coming back home each day. All staff was friendly and attentive and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Highly recommended!

I originally booked for 2 day and turned around to extend our stay for another 2 days for a total of 4 days. We had an excellent stay Eliana Premio Hotel. Linh our receptionist was excellent along with the entire staff of the hotel. My mom got sick and could not join us on our tour and they made sure she was in good hands while we were out. The hotel and our room is very nice and clean. The location is close to everything. The breakfast was good and the entire stay was awesome and I I’ll recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. This Hotel gets a 5 star treatment for me. Thank you very much.

Our stay here have been excellent. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is excellent. My mother was sick and had to stay in the room and could not join us for our tour and the staff took care of her while we were out for the day. They did an excellent job while we were out. They made sure she had her food when requested. I will definitely stay here again in the near future and recommend it to all my friends.
