The overall hotel experience was good; however, I do have a couple of complaints. I requested toilet paper and paper towels, but no one ever brought them, and I ultimately had to retrieve them myself. Additionally, my daughter had a negative interaction with one of the front desk staff members. He was rude and dismissive when she attempted to discuss a charge that had been added in error.
