Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel.

The room is clean and the staffs were very approachable

Washroom was moldy, clogged, and poorly maintained, so I didn’t even shower. There were no amenities. Pillowcases were dirty—I had to use my T-shirt to cover the pillow. We arrived late from travel and were exhausted, but check-in was frustrating as they couldn’t find our booking at first and said they were fully booked. It was an unpleasant stay—I wasn’t able to sleep well and ended up checking out at 7 AM. The photos they advertise are nowhere near what you actually get. Stay away from this hotel.

Staff are kind , the bathroom , over flowing water , sink is over flowing

There is a crack in their head board ,you need to open the dranage to flow the water !

Excelente atención al cliente, tienen un staff muy atento a tus necesidades y responsable. La habitación muy limpia, baño impecable.

Room was clean. But there was sink & floor drain blockage in the washroom. Nowhere to hang clothes (no hangers at all ). It was quite noisy. Couldnt sleep well due to loud talks even in the wee hours of the night, could hear yelling from outside. No windows in the room. But the staff were courteous & friendly though.

Won’t recommend

The property is new but there some issues on rooms ,the smells of rooms are bad ,there is no cabinet to put your clothes,no fridge, the toilet always water staying on the floor which makes it slippery, The good thing is the employees are very courteous and helpful . If those issues will be resolved I will come back and stay there for my next vacation
