on of the best in europe.... everything was so so clean , many bathrooms , breakfast was really good , location is really good thanks for everything

Advertised as two single beds - turned out to be one double. Could not move us. Ended up with a thin mattress on the floor instead of a bed. Other than that staff did seem nice and place was clean. Just poorly advertised.

The stuff doesn't care about things they treat you like animal and breakfast it wasn't real what they said to buffet and condition was so so there was too much noisy because of the people staying on the corridor never I saw this

Facility was okay, room smelled pretty horribly and the bathroom showers leaked profusely.

Front desk staff needs to be replaced .. two nights in a row no hot water

I liked my bed. Plenty of good shower stalls. Amazing toilets. Whatever comes out of you gets sucked down the toilet pipes in good fashion.

The gentleman at the front desk found my reservation from hotels.com but could not check me in. So I left for three hours and came back still he could not do anything. I was willing to take a new reservation and not care about the money that I lost. He did not want me to do it either. Left the hotel again and came back at 8 PM in evening then the lady at the front desk helped me check in. It was a frustrating experience. I think it was a training issue. Needed to take shower at 6 AM. No hot water and no one at front desk.

Had a confirmed booking via Orbitz/Expedia. Upon arrival receiption said they were fully booked and can offer me stay in their other hostel (first bucur 21). Other hostel had no breakfast and had significantly lower ratings. They offered to come back for breakfast for free and reimbursed half of original account. Both hostels are disappointing in terms of cleanliness.
