Lengthy procedure to checkin. They require a copy of all persons staying Drivers license. You have to find the Key kiosk, then park on floor where apartment is, then find apartment, pull the parking permit from the apartment, walk it back out to car and place on dash. Parking a car is a is an additional fee per day. After booking from Hotels.com, they send you an email with alot more registration documents to sign etc. Location must be in an ambulance route, because sirens were heard all night. If you don't mind any of that, then its a great value.

The check and process was not easily understood making check-in cumbersome. And the checkout process was just as bad. I cannot figure out where to attach the photos or where to call. I understand doing things electronically, but this was done poorly.

Loved our stay. It was quiet and clean with everything we needed. .

It was the most relaxing and comfortable apartment I have stayed in. The place is truly a gem.

South Alex is an AMAZING complex. Beautiful with plenty of shops and foon nearby with Walmart right across the street and Aldi on the first floor as soon as you get off the elevator. National Harbor is right across the bridge about 6-7 minutes and downtown DC is about a 20 minute drive with traffic. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. Plenty of closet space with a full size washer and dryer. Ice maker on the fridge, nice view from the balcony and private parking available was also a plus. I will definitely be staying here again. The communication with the host does need to be better especially prior to your stay. But overall I was please and glad I made this choice.
