Room was nice and clean, perfect for just me. Only issue for me was no iron board or iron. Would stay there again.

The room was ok and decent sized. Unfortunately there were ants in our room from crumbs that were left over and we reported this twice and there were still ants and crumbs. The halls were also quite echo-y and it was a bit loud at times. The last day we had to fight a flying bug. We are glad the tv at least had streaming services but we wish the ants were under control.

There is no on-site parking at this hotel. You must find parking on the street. Room was clean but small. No extra anything, very basic.

Adequate hotel if you don’t have other options and don’t want to walk around from where you’re staying. Bed was comfortable and linens were all clean, blackout curtains worked, room was quiet. Bathroom was not as clean as I like to see in a hotel — corners not totally clean and hair on floor and walls. Sink, tub and toilet were clean. I would stay again if need be.

Nice environment and friendly staff. However, our room had not cupboard or closet to hang our clothes.

Please be prepared that the staff are behind plex-glass/bullet proof glass maybe? The build is secure but there are 2 large screens the staff monitor for every inch of the facility (stairs, every room door). I did not feel safe.

A mess

Very basic experience. Not a family friendly neighborhood.

Very central and commutable location to different parts of Staten Island and even the express bus in Manhattan. Staff was very helpful.
