I needed a room for an extended stay. This place was perfect.

Clean, great staff communication, and very comfortable stay.

the staff was very responsive which i love. In terms of proximity to the park this an absolute win. The cost of a rideshare is much less than parking. In terms of accommodations inside its more for a younger demographic that's used to a dorm type lifestyle. this should be listed as more of a hostel. also there was hair in the carpet so so taking off shoes is a no. I used it to shower in between the day to head back to the park it was perfect for that. i didn't spend the night but it served the purpose at that price point!

The bedroom is cool

This was a great experience, as this was a first for me. Met with Zen upon arrival, she is a pleasant person. She gave me the room and door code, then showed the property. EVERYTHING was very clean. The bed was comfortable with all the amenities of a hotel. I plan on staying on my next trip to this area, and tell others looking for a nice place less than a hotel.

The smell of other people’s feces on the toilet paper in the provided trash can was quite unpleasant. It doesn’t make sense to not flush it down the toilet, as that’s the primary purpose of toilet paper. Additionally, we had to wait an unusually long time to enter the house. No one answered their phones, and we never received any emails or other information regarding the codes needed to enter until over half an hour later.

Super clean, host responded instantly to texts. It's a house, in a neighborhood. Some rooms are shared common areas. The room i booked was private with a private bathroom.

This was just a place to sleep after a night spent at the theme park, so I was really looking for convenience and affordability, which it satisfied on both accounts. That being said, here are some areas that could use improvement: The gate is broken and doesn't lock. Not great for feeling safe or secure. Once inside the entryway it smells like cat pee for some reason. It's just right there by the door so I dunno what happened. The room itself was fine and didn't smell at all. There was a large discolored stain on the carpet beside the bed that probably needs to be professionally cleaned, but otherwise the room was clean. The bed is one of those foam block type mattresses and it's hard as a rock so if you like a softer feel, sorry, you're not gonna sleep great. The nicest part was the shower which is huge and has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in little pump bottles. Happy to report the toilet has a bidet installed. Quite nice. All in all I'm happy with my choice since it met my primary needs well. It's super close to the park and definitely affordable. Neighborhood was quiet and it was generally a nice stay.

It was my first time at this specific location. I’m hoping to return in the future.
