The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary coffee and breakfast were fresh and tasty. The owner was so nice and offered to help with any questions or concerns we might have. It was a very enjoyable stay

They bent over backwards to help me with locating things I needed while I stayed with them. Wonderful staff wonderful place I recommend to anybody.

The rooms were spacious and clean , the bathroom new, nice toiletries, comfy beds, nice furniture. The coffee was very good. The outside could need some updating.

Sparkling clean and functional room.

When you first pull in, you might second guess your decision. Our room was really spacious and beautifully updated. Check in was easy and friendly. I always appreciate a breakfast offering even if it isn’t anything elaborate. We stayed for two nights and my grandfather ended up booking his own room separate but they were able to give us rooms next to each other and on the first level! I found the location convenient with plenty of parking and it was all around a great stay! My only complaint was the beds themselves were really hard. There was a little bounce but it reminded me more of sleeping on a futon mattress. For short stays I would absolutely return but if I were staying for more than I few nights I might need a softer bed. In Ithaca we loved the museum of the earth, Milkstand restaurant and visiting Cascadilla gorge and the Cornell botanical gardens! Thank you for the great stay!

This is one of those local places that offered exactly what I needed for a fantastic price. In fact, the standard king size bed was a wonderful plus for me. The room was comfortable, welcoming and perfect. The staff member I spoke to the most was just so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was really a nice continental breakfast with coffee offering and was consistently good. I will recommend this to others who may travel that way. It is convenient to campus and Ithaca generally - is central to all the routes I needed to navigate around - and pleasant to return to at the end of the day. A definite 5 start place for me. When I got back - I will definitely make reservations to stay there.

Very clean and nice room. Air conditioning was great. Very nice people. Had to leave before breakfast.
