Room size was good, quiet. Seemed like the floor wasn’t really mopped well because there were still crumbs and other things when we walked into the room. The location of the hotel was a bit odd. Not really walkable. Did not have breakfast due to limited options and was presentation

Great value, perfect room for our family of 4.

Jonatan went above and beyond when I wanted to extend my stay. I returned from an all day excursion and they had no record of me extending my stay. He was very patient and assisted me as I had booked this additional night at a different city box Thank you

Great place. My bed was quite comfortable and the other facilities were good too. Friendly staff. Near a convenient bus stop and not too far of a walk from Bergen downtown. A grocery store is next door.

Love the location. Great rate. Very simple but clean. The only thing that might throw people is the shower and bathroom are all open. No shower door. Staff was very helpful we were trying to track down a place to get a passport photo done and the front office girl told us that we could get it done at the Oslo airport where we were flying(she was correct). Also had a computer so we could print out documentation.

It was beautiful! No issues!

I wouldn’t stay there again. I would rather pay more and be in the center of town. Better breakfasts in other hotels.

Clean room, helpful staff

You get what you pay for. The room was tiny, but we saved a lot of money by not staying in the city center. Very easy to take the tram into city center. Not many dining options nearby.

Citybox in Damasplass is an average stay. This particular property is a convenient train ride away from downtown Bergen and all its attractions. However it is not walking distance to any of the tourist attractions. Property condition: While public areas are clean and comfortable, the rooms are less appealing. We stayed in family suite with 4 beds and it was definitely cramped. Breakfast downstairs was $20 pp and felt overpriced for the choices offered so we skipped.
