Good staff in a basic, functional hotel. It’s expensive for a basic place, quite dated and worn out. Great location makes up for the condition and basic facilities.

Near the Nile, local shops and restaurants. Zamalek is a quiet area

good 3.5 star hotel. perfect location for walking Zamalek and getting to great restaurants, cafes, and transportation. best you can get on the island. staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are dated, and breakfast is limited -- but still highly recommend for the location and other options. glad I stayed there.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Great view of the Nile. Walking distance to restaurants on the river. Loved it!

The rooms are becoming dated and the price of this place has increased dramatically, so it is not good value. I had to ask people in the corridor to be quiet at 0230 and was surprised to find that it was hotel staff making the noise. Overall this hotel is now too expensive and not good value anymore, sadly.

Location close to sites downtown. Enjoyed balcony with view of Nile and restaurant with Nile view. Good breakfast and shop in hotel.

The room was ok, but quite noisy street with horn
