Mold in the shower, no clean towels , hair all over the floor

With that price, it not worth to stay. There’s no coffee maker, no ice machine (only water machine at lobby), TV doesn’t work, bed sheet, pillow cases and bath towels are old and like rags, only shampoo but no condition . The male receptionist is helpless and unfriendly. Every time you ask (even simple question where that street is) he only said “I DON’T KNOW” ONE STAR, no more.

I recommend, we had a really good time. we'll definitely be back. And let's always stop angry.

Staff was really nice. Just way different from the pictures and way too old fashioned. Elevator made me really nervous. No A/C. Felt like a motel more than a hotel but for the price it’s what you’d expect.

“Very dirty and poorly maintained room. The bed sheets were dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom. It was very unpleasant and disappointing.”

Stayed 3 nights friendly staff and good location right by the entrance of Chinatown but the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower I told the staff and they had someone do a deep clean the next morning.

Its a historic building, so the rooms look really old. I did notice hairs like other people mentioned. No ac, but was okay due to weather. Noise from outside traffic.

The location was fantastic, and surprisingly quiet. It’s an old building, could use a bit better cleaning, but was generally well maintained. There’s a public garage across the street for convenient parking. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very thin.

Loved the location, very close to the BART train and to the public transportation.

Room was good size and had a fridge and was clean, excellent size bed, My only problem with room was bathroom shower area there was a amount of black hair in grills ( my hair is gray) and one face towel had bad staining on
