Hard to find . Room was very small and dirty . Not cozy at all

Clean and nicely refurbished. Great location! Hidden between 2 restaurants. Not easy to find. Uber driver could not find it. Hired a Turk Tuk driver and he was only able to locate the hotel by asking for help.

It was perfect location and staff very helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect...a few minutes' walk from the most popular areas but in a quieter district for sleeping well at night. The staff was very helpful and made some great recommendations for truly local restaurants with delicious, affordable food. I really enjoyed my stay. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood.

Good: Location was excellent, bed was clean and comfortable, a/c worked good. Bad: shower had black mold, holder for spray nozzle was broken, hair dryer didn't work, safe was broken and I think I saw little roaches. Also when I asked for spa recommendations, they sent me one that offered sexual massages- wierd

Very nice hotel with a great staff. The elevators are very cool. There is 3 restaurants right outside the door

Location was lovely, close to shops and restaurants. Very dark interior, very old small elevator, we chose to take the stairs. In the room there was poor ventilation. Air conditioning unit made noises all night. Very noisy at night from street below. Otherwise for one night it was decent for the price.

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk everywhere which I love. 3 mins walking distance from Baixa-Chiado train station which is very convenient. Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was centrally located in the old town area and close to the local train station.
