Not very helpful Mediocre room

Its used by construction companies to house contractors. Parking lot fills up.

Near and clean , newly renovated and well maintained.

Construction workers at the parking lot too loud drinking out of control

Will never stay again expensive and not a well kept hotel beds uncomfortable sheets were still and not up to par very disappointed

DO NOT RECOMMEND we had a bad stay here. The cleanliness and maintenance was unacceptable. Door frames and walls dirty, bathroom ceiling had mold, hair in sink, the mirror frame was covered in caked on dust, the door had a gap on the bottom and side of door, the fridge was dirty had something sticky in it and the door was rusted multiple holes for the door chain patch’s on wall with different color paint, there was a 12 pack of beer outside discarded right outside our room in the bushes. Basic amenities missing such as iron and clock BAD cell reception. This place was disgusting it was not worth the price. We are not picky but do expect to stay in a clean room, we are lucky a rodent didnt join us due to the gap on the bottom of the door.

When we walked in our rooms the first day the room wasn't cleaned. We had to get the staff to let them know there was stains on the floor. Other than that everything place I wanted to go was close by.

The Rose Garden is a great place to stay overnight. Clean rooms and a helpful staff. I would stay again

First of all, the room I stayed in was dirty with stains in the curtains, insects flying in the room, which happen to be termites, a moth and other small insects in the shower. The parking lot seemed like a party zone where people were drinking and smoking.

If you had no other choices available then this is your place, be sure and have all your toiletries with you, they do provide have clean sheets and towels, however, bed was uncomfortable.
