The warmest weekend, and no air conditioning was uncomfortable. No soda machine on the entire property.

Perfect for solo traveling; nice queen sized bed in a decent sized room. Hotel is in a nice walkable area. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and offered great assistance. :D

This hotel is a boutique hotel. It's just a place to stay. Coffee and microwave are in the lobby. But it's clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. There really weren't any amenities, no pool, no coffee in your room, no breakfast service. It truly is just a place to sleep and bathe. It's in a very centric part of the city so it was easy to get from place to place with public transportation. Room cost was very reasonable. I would stay there again next time I'm in town.

This is a good budget option. It is adjacent to the tenderloin so for the faint of heart, you may want to consider that. Outside of that the rooms are fine full closet. I like the place.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions, staff was super friendly and helpful!!!

The hotel and staff were great. They don’t have parking and that was a big disappointment. I really didn’t check that and I assumed parking was included. It’s a hassle to find parking and it’s expensive. When I go back to San Francisco I will make sure I get a hotel with parking.

Amazing staff, as mentioned by other reviewers. However, my “queen” room was a double bed, which is hard to forgive.

Really everything was great from check in to check out really satisfied with my stay would stay here again, if and when I come back, the only drawback if parking but we managed that pretty well with the spaces that were nearby, thank you for the hospitality

Very convenient close to the city hall.the beds were really comfortable…I will back zoom
