Property is extremely clean and staff is very helpful. Only downside is that I found my compact room to be a tad stuffy despite adjusting the temperature/fan.

The place is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms might be a bit small but the distribution helps to make everything work just fine. The restaurant/bar in the fist floor really makes the place stand out as it can serve you a late beer or a great breakfast. The location is great, easy to get from the airport and to move around Amsterdam your near a metro station or the ferry. We did move all around and it worked fine. Definitely would recommend the place.

Nice spaces for co-working

Totally inconsistent management. Checking in, the manager was courteous and extremely helpful. However, by the evening shift I stumbled on the judgemental, self righteous, 'I only assist those that look like me!', manageress from privilege palace. Simple requests for the WiFi password, or where to dispose of dirty towels were met with a side eye honed in delusions of entitlement. Pretty please, with bells on - money, and good service shouldn't have a colour!

A fantastically designed hotel with pod rooms, bar/restaurant and spaces to work. We enjoyed the styling, the food and the beers but the biggest negative was the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms. With Amsterdam seeing record temperatures we struggled to sleep given our room couldn't cool down due to a lack of windows leading to the outside

The facility is not a traditional HOSTEL, no space just pay restaurant no kitchen. Got robbed outside, dosent accept money only plastic

I will try to stay here when I return to Amsterdam. Great quality, especially for the price. I had a basic room, which was perfect for me. It was a break from multiple person hostel but it felt comparable in price to those. I really enjoyed the bar/restaurant on site. The area felt more relaxed than being right in the city but transportation was very convenient to get to those spots. They have local artists work displayed, which i really appreciate. There is a secret bunker with great AC and little hidden spots to discover within the building. The bed was nice, the shower was wonderful. Thr room got really dark and i was late for plans because i slept so deeply. No exterior windows but there are windows to the hallway which i thought was quirky and fit the vibe. The staff was low key. Helpful when needed. Very good vibes. There is a museum and cinema (the eye) within walking distance that is very cool. They have a beautiful view of the water without being overly congested with tourists. Highly recommend!

The place is far from Schipol airport and the city. This place is excellent for young people . It is not appropriate for above 50 years old with big luggages. Room/ bathroom was soo small. Bed is high and narrow( i ‘m pettite.)However, staff were excellent, kind and accomodating. I requested for an air conditioned private rooms and bathrooms ( 2 rooms) for an extra payment . They were so kind to provide. We were not comfortable to stay . We talked to managent. They understood / helpful . The management reimbursed us. Thank God we were able to find a hotel with excellent amenities, near the bus station.

Cleaned room. Staff was amazing. Ac does not cool. Was able to get a ventilator easily but room has no windows so it was hot air circulating. Not easy to sleep.

It's decent for the price. Clean, safe; I stayed in a pod which was a first for me, you get one locker with your pod that fits a medium to large sized bag in it, and that was all I needed for storage so that worked great. If you're not planning on unpacking your stuff, then this is a great option; less so if you want to unpack and spread out. Would recommend planning accordingly if you're going to stay in this style of hotel.
