トイレの匂いが気になった。便座が冷たかった。

La habitación es pequeña, lo normal de un Hotel Japones asi qur no lleves muchas cosas si es para 1 persona. En general esta bien ubicado.

1泊お世話になりありがとうございました。 朝食料金、駐車場料金が別支払いである事は、事前に提示していただきたいと感じました。 何より、無事に用事を果たす事ができました。 ありがとうございます。

過ごしやすい部屋でした。

Reasonable price, close to kumamoto airport.

2人で泊まったが、キーが一つしかもらえなかった。二つ欲しいと思った。

Check-in was a little confusing as I had just wanted to leave my bag at the concierge before returning later for check-in at 3 pm, but the reception staff didn't seem to understand. Before I knew what was happening, they checked me in early (around 12 noon). Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were still cleaning the room, so I had to just leave my bag in my room while the staff were cleaning. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Breakfast was a set Japanese menu of rice, natto, miso soup, fish and pickled veg.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, I had an excellent time getting my baggage stored at the front desk even after I checked out, and they promptly called a taxi for my when I requested one.
