Property was covered because of the construction going around it. No information was provided about it until we showed up and saw it. The stay good just should been posted the area was have construction done. Noise, dust , dirt ect

This is a beautiful, small hotel. Our room had antique furniture, beautiful wallpaper, a table and chairs, a safe, and an armoire. the air conditioning was great, and they have an elevator, The staff printed an itinerary we emailed them, and they brought it to our door shortly afterwards. We would gladly stay here again.

Great room. Nice large bed. Nice bathroom. Super staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really helpful and the property was clean. The WiFi could do with being improved as it dropped out a lot.

Very much agreeable staff

We had three nights paid for at the Kraft hotel and we had to leave after the first night. The location is close to the entrance of old town but only in one direction. The other three directions are a little scary! While sitting out on their patio one night, we had to come in due to police activity in the alley right next to us. The room itself was sad and depressing. While I appreciate old, antique, vintage… The furniture, wall paper, and decorations were, well, tired and depressing! There was absolutely no view. The room was always so hot, the toilet was shoved in the bathroom, the floors were sticky, and the headboard was filthy. I do want to add that the gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. If you are only staying one night, ok, but it is not worth staying any extended amount of time. We found a hotel for less money in the center of old town and it was delightful!!!

Staff really helpful and polite. Stored our luggage securely so we could walk around munich

Every member of staff that we met was kind, helpful and welcoming. We traveled with an infant. The baby equipment provided was clean, in good condition and thoughtfully installed for us upon arrival.
