Btw everything was perfect ... but only breakfast was not continental its asian cuisine need to improve it thanks

Check-in with Mr. Ahmed was not very pleasant, but Duty Manager Mr. Rayan made my stay wonderful. He upgraded my room to a higher floor (18th floor) and also extended my late check-out, which was very helpful on Friday. The location is excellent, come out from the hotel and just step into Haram from King Abdul Aziz Gate number 1. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Special thanks to Mr. Rayan for his kindness and professionalism.

Room is spacious and the staff was very friendly

Great hotel. Excellent service. Very close to the Haram. Excellent choice.

Great service with a good selection for breakfast.

Booking gave us too much problems. Safwah tower didn’t have any booking with the name and the itinerary number given to us by Hitels.com. Safwah tower asked for reference number which was not given by Hotels.com .We tried to contact Hotels.com but couldn’t as the phone number given in the confirmation letter not working. The chat with hotel.com was rubbish sending same confirmation letter everyone with the itinerary number which we already have which Safwah tower didn’t accept they need reference number. All staff are not good only one staff helped us.

The front desk receptionist with the braces was quite rude, but the concierge attendant were very nice and respectable. The facility is not necessarily dirty, but very old and has a nasty look to it.
