Property is very clean, has 2 elevators but both are very small. Staff was nice and very responsive. We left hotel 5:30am to airport and staff prepared breakfast boxes, even though buffet opening 7:30am.

Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for our visit. The room was very quiet.

Great breakfast included in the attached Cafe.

The property was conveniently located. Staff were very helpful. Although it is a downtown hotel and one does not expect many amenities, it needed some common areas for guests to congregate or use after being out in the busy city all day.

Loved the stay here. Clean hotel, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Great location to stay for everything in historic area.

The location of this hotel is good between old town and Alfama. But it's a bit run down and lacks amenities like coffee in the room. Allegedly, there was unlimited coffee in the tiny lobby, but there were never any coffee pods for the nespresso maker. Staff seemed mostly uninterested in my companion's stopped up sink. Nice quiet room though. And clean.

The location was good. I am not sure why it is rated 4.5 stars. It is very basic with no amenities. The water in the sink did not drain. It was fixed on the day of my departure after I reported it on the first day. The included breakfast is a set menu from the local coffee shop. One has to wait to be seated. One day I had to wait about 5 minutes for the person in charge to get everyone’s order before she points to a seat. Please check your rating of this place to avoid surprises for future visitors.

We asked to move our room due to the smell and condition of bathroom tile. The staff accommodated and moved us to an upgraded suite. However, the carpet and tile were still dirty. It was one night only or we would have found other accommodations.
