Every thing about the hotel was great. My poor rating is about Expedia I was billed by Expedia, which did not cover taxes. From my conversation with the hotel it seems as though the hotel did not receive the money for the taxes even though it appeared that I was billed for them by you. I will not be using Expedia again.

Kafkaesque Customer Service With Great Aesthetics The Henrietta Hotel in New Orleans is genuinely lovely — right up until the moment you need literally anything from a human being who works there. To check-in, I needed to inquire with the coffee shop barista, who, to their credit, makes a solid espresso and is apparently also responsible for the entire hotel operation. Management? A mythological concept here. I was double-charged for my stay — once through Expedia, once directly by the hotel — and when I called to resolve it, I was told there was no manager available. When I asked when a manager might be available, the answer was, and I quote, "not really sure, they come and go." When I asked for a number to reach one: also no. I called back the next day. Same answer, which was, no answer. The hotel is adorable. The accountability is nonexistent. Book here if you enjoy surprises on your credit card statement. Five Stars for Vibes, Zero Stars for Being a Functioning Business

Spent an amazing weekend at the Henrietta. The hotel was immaculate. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

This was our first time at this hotel and it won't be our last. Streetcar stop so close, cute little bar next door and off street parking. Hotel is clean and updated. Staff was excellent.

This was our second stay at Hotel Henrietta. The location couldn’t be better and walking distance to lots of restaurants & streetcar is across the street. Our favorite place to stay in NOLA and pricing midweek is affordable. Love the terrace overlooking St Charles Ave

Cool boutique hotel vibes. Friendly service. Great location. Very comfortable and clean. Complimentary bottled water, coffee and wine.
