Standard small room, not very clean

great location . well kept and with great service , weve enjoyed our over night stay very much

Everything!…Especially your staff on site!!

I really liked the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The guy who cleaned the room was especially friendly and made me feel valued as a guest. This was my first time staying at this hotel but having stayed in about fifteen hotels in Tel Aviv over the years, I’m sure I will return to Jacob Samuel in the future. One small thing: hair conditioner and body lotion would have been appreciated.

front desk staff super friendly and very accommodating.

Electrical outlets were unreliable and did not work with an adapter. Management could not fix it, and did not have other adapters. Unacceptable if you need to work on a laptop.

Lovely corner room and very attentive service.

Great location in a very comfortable setting. Special thanks to Dave, at the front desk. He was a great source of information and helped us navigate our daily activities!

I didnt realize the hotel was not kosher. It was not for me. They were accommodating and helped refund part of my stay. The air-conditioning worked well. Yet the rooms were small and nmorw importantly clean. The location is pretty convenient. I my only recommendation is to add somewhere on the description its not kosher.

A nice hotel in the centre of the Tel Aviv Night life. Clean and relatively new with double glazed windows to ensure that noise is filtered. A funny incident with the hot water in our room. We called the reception to complain about the lack of of hot water and he said "its hot" when the water was warm at best. Then he admitted the water was cold and said to run the water for 20 minutes. We just laughed and had cold showers. Other than that the hotel was fine.
