Room was stunning, clean and definitely worth the pricing. We were able to check in abit earlier and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. My only suggestion is around paying for a balcony. Our room had a balcony which we paid extra for as I was expecting a view of the town however it was just the balcony view of the building next door which would not be worth paying extra depending on which room you’re provided. Overall great service and would definitely stay again!

Really good location in the main street Beds comfortable and very clean. Would stay again.

Rooms, 10 out of 10. Clean, modern, with everything you need. Location, 10 out of 10. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station. Staff, 1000 out of 10. Every single employee was friendly, helpful, welcoming. Tip…call well in advance to secure parking as it’s limited.

Highly recommended for pet lovers as this place is pet friendly .

Room is nice and new,

great hotel, very clean

We had an exceptionally enjoyable stay. The room was clean, well-appointed and the toiletries were of superior quality. Located right on the shopping strip and pet-friendly to boot!

I could only find a very small bin in the bathroom. Another bin in the main room would have been good. I found the TV set up too hard for a senior person to use

Staff were amazingly helpful. New facilities and very quiet

The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If you're a light sleeper, just be warned that you can hear the town clock chiming.
