Great stay.

The condos were very nice

Poor quality and poor room keeping

Swimming pool was not as shown in pictures. Very small. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful but front desk was not helpful. Asked for towels 2 separate times and said they would deliver them but never did. Seemed annoyed that we would need more than 4 towels for 4 people for 5 days. Room (2 bedroom condo) was nice but the AC wasn’t as cold as expected. Felt humid. Overall it was okay but wouldn’t stay here again.

Nothing like pictures in advertisement. Stains on carpet, walls. No towels, AC plug in, had no protective cover over it. The breakfast advertisement showed free, but not all was free. When we did need something, the staff was nice and responded quickly.

Room is old and thats fine but the bathroom was dirty still soap on shower walls hair on floor old soap on shampoo dispenser in the shower. Our room wasnt cleaned or restocked. Tv never worked even though we asked them 3 times to fix it. The people were nice but we'll probably pass on staying there again.

Clean room, delightful staff, got a free shiw for staying a few nights* I recommend the garth brooks tribute* free and paid options for breakfast. We did the free and it was plenty. Nice little coffee shop and beer on tap. Pool was clean and shaded in the afternoon. We will be back!

Don't go!

Location was ok, the staff (Jennifer) was great . The room on the other hand ? 1. It was clean 2. The televisions do not work! 3. The ceiling tiles in the shower were wet and had fallen into the bath tub 4. The curtains were full of holes and need to be replaced. We will not stay again. Seems like all of Branson has fallen into disarray. And the shows are 2nd rate. Maybe time to find a new holiday experiance!
