Clean rooms, friendly staff, great security. Their meals are a little expensive.

The security seemed great, and for the first night I wanted to be safe in Nairobi

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very responsive to requests and the breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of foods to select from.

This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it. The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasn’t at all cheap. I would definitely return but just not order steak.

the Pullman Hotel Upperhill is a luxury hotel in Nairobi. I felt very safe. Staff are excellent . Edward the Manager is stellar, caring very helpful and resourceful.
