The property was very nice, clean and comfortable, but the arounds were or felted unsafe and very dirty and abandoned

Great room! If you’re re planning a trip to Rome, location was a little far from city center. Sometimes Uber rides would take an hour with traffic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ottavia Residence Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The ambiance of the hotel is modern yet cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of exploring. I especially loved the attention to detail, from the plush towels to the high-quality toiletries provided. One of the standout features of Ottavia Residence Hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated near many key attractions, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. Despite being in such a prime location, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, allowing for a perfect retreat after a busy day. The amenities are top-notch as well. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the common areas, including the lounge. One of the most convenient aspects of staying at Ottavia Residence Hotel is the Pewex supermarket located right on the ground floor. This made it incredibly easy to pick up groceries and any essentials without having to leave the building. Whether I needed fresh ingredients for a quick meal or snacks for the room, everything was just a few steps away. The supermarket is well-stocked with a wide variety of products,

Prior to arrival it wasn’t stated how to check in. The building is above a grocery store attached to a strip mall that’s very difficult to access at first. The area was quite a ways from Rome City Center and taxis were very upset taking us out to the residence.
