Amazing

It was a great place for a first timer to japan.

ベッドにダニがいるのでシーツを１枚オーダーしたにも関わらず貸してくれませんでした。 お陰でダニに喰われてしまいました。 改善を望みます。

駐車場がない スタッフが出てくるまで15分かかるし呼び鈴などもない シャワーが一個しかなくて夜は激混み

ベッドメイクとベッド周辺の空調が悪かったです。 改善を希望します。

Not enough toilets. The male only area in floor B1 has 3 urinals but only 1 toilet. The bathhouse closes too early and the hot tub has no water. Clothes changing area is too small and only one tiny feet drying mat. The best object was a super expensive dyson hair dryer and it doesn’t even have an attached head. The towel costs extra and is low quality. There's only one small 24 hour shower in the lobby, and the male lobby restroom only have a urinal, no toilet. Overall bed quality and room cleanliness is acceptable. Staff is polite. There's laundry on the top floor and dining tables in the lobby. No vending machines so use the nearby 7-11. Unfortunately the bed area has no protection against noises from neighbors. I can hear the person in the capsule on top of me. Nearby restaurants are good and the train station is very close. The station conveniently connects to the rest of the city. While the price is cheap, I've slept in capsule hotels with better prepared facilities and amenities.

No towel and staff not always there

Everything was nice until my third day I went to get ready for the day and all of my toiletries were gone. No one is ever at reception, only night time. I had to ask a guest for help where they had a number, where did they get it, no clue because it’s not on the website/booking site. Finally got a hold of someone and my things, and she proceeds to say don’t leave things there. There are signs Everywhere else for everything but NO sign saying not to leave toiletries in bathroom. They are rude and always giving a weird look, even before the incident.

We got a taxi which took us to the wrong hostel so that didn't turn out well. We finally arrived at 2ish am but found hairs on bed & towels. We were too tired to care but checked out that following morning as it turned out to be too far from any of our tours.

フロントの女性スタッフがとても気が利く人で、女性一人でも安心して泊まれます。行動に問題のある男性を無理のない範囲で周囲と本人に警告していました。ベッドもきれいでした。
