Excellent location. Sadly noise from other apartments interrupted sleep

We had a lovely stay overall. The location was excellent—it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Tower Bridge, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the fresh breeze that came through the living room, which was a nice place to relax after a day out. A big plus was that the property offers a luggage storage room both before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly convenient and allowed us to make the most of our time in London without carrying our bags around. There are a couple of things to be aware of. The flat is at the front of a railway line, so you can hear trains passing by, which may bother light sleepers. It also gets quite warm inside during the summer, although the hosts thoughtfully provide fans in the rooms, which helped. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located place to stay with useful amenities.

The apartment was fabulous with everything that you could need including a balconyUnfortunately, temperatures were hitting 35degs plus and the room was scorching hot and the fan provided did little to help. Also, the doors were keyless and needed to entre a 6 fig code every time. I struggle with my sight and found this a bit of a challenge. However, despite this the customer service was excellent the apartment was excellent and will definitely stay again.

Excellent place close to London Bridge. The room was excellent with comfy bed and really clean. Facilities excellent ! Cannot fault this place

Room was at street level , noisey and overally warm. The thermostat had the room at 30C , contacted the staff via the guest portal and they did not offer an alternative room or solution.

Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well.

Great price, short walk to the tube, clean room & loved the handwritten note, it was a great touch

Very spacious 2 bed / bathroom apartment with 3 balconies. Overlooks a main Trainline which starts around 5am, so take earplugs if that'll bother you.

Clean and modern. Excellent value given the location. It's opposite a main Trainline which start around 5am. So take some earplugs if that bothers you

Extremely noisy. Right next to a train and on or close to street level.
