The room was okay but not as nice as the one I had last July. But it is close to the airport.

Staff was great. We booked and paid for a car to the airport the night before, but in the morning we were told the car was delayed so we had to get our money back and get a Grab.

For a 1-night stayover, I think it is still okay. Room and bedsheet was a little dusty. While I asked for transport to airport and I was 5 minutes late for my transport, but I dont think I would need a staff to further pressure my family and I rudely

Clean room, courteous staff, close to airport. There's a few small cafes nearby if you want a bite, but otherwise this is just a great place to stay if you have an early/late flight. It's not as useful for a multinight stay as a "base" during your tour of Hanoi.

This is a very good quality budget hotel. Our room was clean, modern, comfortable bed,everything worked, and overall we were very pleased. It’s very handy to the airport, and there are local restaurants within walking distance.

Great location for access to the airport. Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff. The waste basket in the bathroom had not been emptied but the housekeeping staff took care of it and apologized. Also the electric cord on the lamp on the nightstand was damaged and shorted out when I plugged it in. Got a shock from it. But again, the staff took care of it and was very apologetic. Overall, I would stay there again.

With a 14 hour stopover in Hanoi airport, it was perfect for me, enabling a good night's sleep before getting on another long haul flight. The bed was good, the bathroom facilities were fine and the room was a reasonable size.

Perfect for a convenient affordable stay to go to airport next day. Old building but completely renovated.

Nothing unique room was good but they tried to give me cheaper room than what I had booked. I booked a suite with balcony and at first was given a small dark room until I showed them my booking she then told me she would upgrade me I don’t know what from as I had already paid for the suite. Nowhere to eat except their red and the meals were terrible Would not recommend

Sheets were not soft. Did not give a morning call as promised.
