We stayed one night at this hotel on our way to Inhaca, and the place was extremely clean, bed comfortable, shower was hot and with good pressure and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The location is central and the local staff were friendly and helpful

Found used condoms in my room upon checking in. When I told the receptionist, she asked me "why I was making her life harder" and that "mistakes happen". They did offer to move me into smaller rooms but eventually just took out the trash with the used condoms inside and said that's all they could do. They also did not honor the free airport transfer. Genuinely a terrible experience, I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone stay here.

A pleasant, clean room and the staff were very helpful

The staff was so unhelpful with everything. I called the evening before my arrival to ask for the free airport pickup offered and they said I needed to call during the day to book the driver. I called the next morning and they said it was too late, I couldn't book it because it was less than 24 hours (even though I originally called in time). I asked for an airport drop off instead, but they said that would be extra. My room wasn't cleaned the first two days I stayed there even though I asked the front desk to do it while I was out of the room. The final day they cleaned even though I didn't want it because I was checking out just a few hours later. So I had to wait for half an hour in the hallway. It's like they went out of their way to subtract value from the stay.

Invest in your people to learn English. I had to ask for the clothes rail which is a basic room necessity. Rooms did not have milk for coffee and were told to get it from Spar. Parking arrangements is terrible, and it needs to reviewed. Eating area needs to be reviewed and breakfast is terrible. Stop mixing your eggs with water. The standard of breakfast was very poor.

Great location; clean room; good facilities; basic but everything you need. The staff are brilliant. Excellent value. Would definitely stay here if I was visiting Maputo again.

Great very clean hotel with comfortable beds in a central location. Very friendly staff who helped me a lot when I had an issue with my flight getting cancelled and finding an alternate transport for me. Definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Maputo.
