Great place. Great location.

We had a lovely time and would book again. Good location and shops , food, nearby. Bus stop #9 is a very short walk!

The ease of booking, checking in/out, communication was the best I have experienced, the room was perfect: clean, comfortable, had all that we needed, great view of the ocean, and breakfast croissants were fresh with fresh fruit. Definitely would book here again! My parents and sisters paid the same for a nearby hotel and had no breakfast or views.

Très belle petite chambre très propre, bien équipé avec cuisinette compléte dans un édifice qui est un mélange de commerce et habitations. Chambre récemment rénover, jolie, moderne et insonorisé. On a pas le contrôle de la température et j'ai trouvé qu'il y faisait un peu chaud. Wifi fonctionnel mais pas à grand débit. Pas de stationnement, il faut aller dans des stationnement payants ou plus loin dans les rues résidentielles pour gratuit environ 10 minutes de marche. C'est très sécuritaire : reçu un code par email 2 jours avant d'arriver et ce code est utilisé pour la porte d'entrée, la porte de l'étage et la porte de la chambre. Pas d'employés / service sur place. Très bien situé pour restaurants et boutiques et aussi pour visiter Reykjavik. Sèche linge/serviettes dans la salle de bain très pratique quand on revient d'une journée de pluie.

Communication was really good. Place was as advertised. We had two blankets enough towels, clean, living room, and dining space. Very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We didn't receive the code needed to get in and had to phone after arriving in Iceland (they didn't respond to my messages on Expedia). Things were missing from the suite including the kettle, bowls, mugs, hairdryer and a picture from the wall. We phoned and somebody brought replacements. We stayed for 7 nights in June/July. We only had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel each, but I emailed asking for more and they were delivered the following day. The suites are well located for restaurants and tour bus stops. There's a convenience store opposite but it's only a 6 minute walk to the Bonus grocery store for better prices. FYI the suites don't have microwaves or toasters. The room was very warm, but had 2 small windows which could be opened. I would probably have given it 5 stars if we had received the access code before checking in and the apartment hadn't had things missing when we arrived.

Great spot. Very comfortable and convenient

Location was very central. Is very close to many restaurants and shops.Apartment is modern and clean. If you are looking for an apartment with no amenities, this is the right place. This is a good place to stay. Just note that there will be no change of towels or any other amenities. Two towels for two people and two coffee pods. You can request extra but there is a cost. Just need to set expectations that this is not a full service hotel.

Location is great, rooms are nice and it’s helpful to have a kitchen. Without a lobby with staff it’s a bit of a hassle when something comes up, but they were able to help over the phone.
