Excellent

Would have appreciated a microwave in the room

The bathroom sink clogged and complained twice but no one showed up. They said can be paid at the time of check out with cash and the is just to be on file and on hold but when I checked out and paying with cash they said the card on file is already charged. The staff ( Andrew) was not knowledgeable to basic things like these he mislead me.

The entire facility seemed like it needed a good cleaning. Our first room had a leaking window and the room seemed very damp. You could see the window had been leaking for a while (they tried to fix it with caulk) and they seem to refuse to make the proper repair. Not the worst place to stay but we were very disappointed.

Rooms were tidy, close to everything. Only part was paying 20 bucks for breakfast seemed crazy. But we still enjoyed our stay. Showers are amazing!

Plenty of space and a great couch for extra sleeping. Bathrooms were spacious and staff were very helpful.

Disappointing experience – Poor cleanliness and customer service Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations. While the hotel is in a good location, the cleanliness was very disappointing. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and we noticed dust and stains in several areas. To make matters worse, the customer service was lacking; the staff at the front desk seemed indifferent and unhelpful when we brought up these issues. It’s a shame, but they really need to improve both their housekeeping and hospitality.

Very nice hotel, clean and close to everything. Breakfast is excellent.

Convenient location to walk to the falls, bar is good with nice prices during happy hour. Breakfast option is good to avoid looking for something else outside.
