This is a beautiful little hotel and I was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. But this isn't a 4 star hotel. It's a very good 3 star. There just aren't the amenities you would have expect for a hotel in the 4 star range

The Owner was the sweetest! So friendly and so kind. Mostly spoke Spanish but was able to communicate in English as well. Breakfast was included and was fresh and delicious. The rooms were adorable and thoughtful. The area around the property felt safe and quiet and was walkable to the Mercado and coffee shops.

This property offers exceptional service, with impeccably clean rooms and a delightful breakfast included in our reservation. The restaurant services are outstanding, providing delicious options for both lunch and dinner. I have a personal fondness for this establishment and look forward to returning in the future. Additionally, they also have a knowledgeable tour guide who provides valuable insights into the culture, cuisine, and religious practices of Quito, as well as an informative background on historic Quito.

I had an amazing time at this hote. Ms Yvonne was absolutely the best. She went out of her way to help me whether to call me a taxi or give me recommendations of things to do. I enjoyed having Luna and Aba her dogs there who were super friendly. The Chef and staff were also amazing taking the time to explain various Ecuadorian dishes. Food was outstanding. Stongly recommended.

Staff was pretty good, owner handled places are the best

This hotel is absolutely beautiful!!! The room was amazing and had great art! I love the location also it’s a quick walk to a variety of restaurants and bars!

Hotel was clean and cozy, and the restaurant downstairs was phenomenal! The stay came with breakfast included and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the noise. I did stay on a weekend and the nightlife and street noises kept me up at night.

The property is excellent. The proprietor/owner Ms.Yvonne is extremely helpful. She is up all day and night making sure all of our needs are met. Thank you so much Yvonne. There is a restaurant on the property where you can sample Ecuadorian cuisine. Highly recommend the 5 course sampler for a taste of Ecuadorian cuisine.
