The location was not good. And the staff did not give me the option to adjust my reservation. If they did, then my overall experience would have been much better

Very convenient location close to the airport, and the staff wereprofessional and courteous. The bed and the room were awesome.

I have asked for a refund because I booked a twin room and was given a double there were no towels the tv didn’t work and then we went to breakfast and was told that they didn’t do it but I’d booked it and then I went to the pool and it was closed and empty !! You completely miss advertise it and I would like to get a refund

This hotel very very very very ( i can’t stress that enough) FAR from the haram and It costs good coin (it’s pretty pricey) for one return trip. And if you do multiple trips then it quickly adds up. Plus, there are NO stores within a walking distance. So unless you like the seclusion or being close to the airport or train station OR you have your own car, then I would recommend something closer to the haram. Other than that, the hotel is relatively new and the employees are super polite, respectful and the service is amazing and the place is very clean.

Fast and friendly service, parking easily available, good breakfast with many options, quiet, very clean (floor in the shower was a little bit slippery though), only a short drive from the airport, good value for money.

Very good hotel, great location with easy access to the Prophet Mosque (12 min driving) without all the traffic and mess that you will find at hotels in Al Haram. Room is huge, confortável bed and linens, but they should offer another option of pillow because those were really hard and too thick. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was ok, but with limited western options. They had an egg station which was awesome, 6 options of Arabic dishes, bread and corn flakes. No yogurt and no fruits. Their coffee was also really bad, unfortunately. There is limited outside parking but they also have underground parking spots, which was amazing. Overall was a good stay, with good value.
