極佳 Hotel was easy to access from the airport via rideshare or the metro and free Old Town Trolley. The room was spotless, and the hotel staff were friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn't realize was that my room would include $25/day of food purchases- you either use it or lose it. However, the cafe and the rooftop bar were very comfortable places to refresh and recharge. It wasn't a problem at all.

極佳 One of the most customer-oriented hotels we have stayed at. Staff could not do enough to make our stay a pleasurable one. Beautiful decor, warm welcome & communication. Not to mention the amazing rooftop!

Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive.
Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away.
Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay.
Would totally stay again and recommend to friends.

Nice property but lots of hidden charges above the room rate … ie “Guest Amenity fee of $25 a day” which was explained as to pay for the free coffee in the lobby…..
Also the valet parking is very poorly run. Lots of times there was no one present at the desk. Was explained it is contracted out and hotel has no control over then

Comfortable room with helpful, friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed the rooftop bar. Drinks were pricey, but the barkeep was friendly and responsive. The hotel was an easy bus or tram ride to the public metro and easy walking to waterside restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.
