Property was ok, well located next to tram and shopping centre. Main downside was getting checked in. Despite emailing in advance to say we would check in at 9pm or later, there was no room prepared and no staff on site. Helpfully a member of staff from another sister hotel came to check us in. Wasn’t a great start

It was a last minute cancellation and my children and i were booked into 6 Rue Jean Pommiès, 33520 Appart Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux - Bruges. Breakfast wasn't that fancy. By the time we got to it, there was no bacon or eggs and the staff said its all finished. The night staff that was working on the 6th June. A male of asian decent was rude and majority of the time, locked up the doors and disappeared. I asked him for a replacement door access card and he threw the cards on the counter saying he didnt have enough, yelling in french. The female staff were always more than helpful. Kids loved the pool

Dirty room and did not get cleaned even after asking. There were no supplied cleaning materials for the sink or dish washer
Also, breakfast was not worth the money.
WiFi Password on the tv is wrong !
Everything seemed to be a problem for the staff.

Nice new appartments in an interesting new and lively part of town, with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Nice beach only a 5 minutes walk away at Bordeaux Lac. Tram line C brings you downtown in 15 minutes. Will book again next time we go to Bordeaux.
